Tell us which phone and operating-system version you use, the app version, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, camera recordings, or private activity unless necessary to explain the issue.

Your shared struggle level sets the options for every restricted app. After included opens at A lot, a completed camera workout or karma opens a session, including in transit.

Some days offers exercise, learning, karma, or an available included session. A little starts with breathing and also offers other activities, karma, or an included session.

You can change Timeout’s app-boundary permission in your phone’s Settings. This is an operating-system control, not an in-app unlock.

Camera counting

New workout rewards require a completed camera-tracked target. Allow camera access and follow the camera setup guide.

If counting fails, retry or spend saved karma. Learning is another option at Some days and A little.

Purchases and restoration

Open Plan in Timeout and tap Restore purchases using the same Apple or Google store account. A Timeout account is optional.

Manage renewal or cancellation in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Store prices appear before you buy; see plans and pricing.

Your account and data

Settings → Account & backup contains export, session management, sign-out, and account deletion. You can also request account deletion without the app.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
